Return policy

We accept only exchanges. If an item does not fit we can exchange it for
another size if it is available in stock or to another item with the same price or more.

Any exchanges must be made within 10 business days from the date
delivered. Please note that any returned item must be received in its
original new condition and with original labels. Merchandise that has
been worn, used, or altered in any way may not be returned. All Handmade
items (such as jewelry, bags, bracelets, scarves), hats and sale
merchandise are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex, UPS or insured
parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate
insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not
assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event
that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
